Notice of Privacy Practices
Effective September 2026. This notice describes how your medical information may be used and disclosed, and how you can get access to that information. Please review it carefully.
Information we collect
Your name, contact details, visit address, the service you booked, allergies, medications, relevant history, vital signs, the products administered, lot numbers, IV site details, and any notes your nurse charts during the visit. We also keep payment records, though your card number is held only by our payment processor.
How we use and share it
- Treatment: your visiting nurse, our medical director, and the reviewing approver read your chart to authorize and sign off on your care.
- Payment: our payment processor handles your charge for the visit.
- Operations: scheduling, quality review, and secure record keeping.
- Visit updates: if you provide a phone number or email, we send booking confirmations and an on-the-way tracking link. Nurse location is shared with you only while your nurse is en route.
- As required by law: public health, safety, or legal obligations.
We do not sell your health information or use it for marketing without your written authorization. Nurses see only the minimum information needed: before a visit is claimed they see the service, time, neighborhood, and pay only — never your name, phone, or exact address.
